Applications:
Membrane Press (vacuum press): This method is used for covering MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc. with a thickness of 0.20 to 0.50 mm and width of 1260-1400mm. Highest length of each roll is 300m and is mostly used for making doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and other furniture. This process is also applicable for covering embossed board with cover at all five sides.
Wrapping Profile: This process is applicable for wrapping wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc. with a thickness of 0.12-0.18mm and width ranging from 40-1260mm. Length of roll is between 300-800m. It can be used for door frames, window sills, base channels, PVC ceilings,etc.
Cold Lamination: This process is used to cover various flat panels including wood panels, steel panels, aluminum panels, PVC panels, etc. with a thickness of 0.12-0.20mm and 1240-1260mm in width. Maximum length of each roll is 500m and is basically used for doors and furniture.
Hot Laminating: This process is used mainly for covering PVC panels, steel panels, aluminum panels with a thickness of 0.16-0.30 mm and 1260mm in width. Length of each roll is 200-300m and is usually applied for making doors, skirting, etc.
Self-adhesive: It is a process with a thickness of 0.10-0.20mm and width of 600mm-1220mm. Any smooth surface can be covered with it, mainly used for furniture and other indoor decorations. Each roll is 5 to 50m in length.
